An independent creative developer, building a strong digital presence for ambitious brands. Ambition is easy to have and hard to show. Every site I make starts from what a brand wants to be known for, and it's shaped until a stranger can feel that within seconds of landing.

I started in design, learned to code beside it, and never picked a side. Code came after, because I kept watching work I believed in lose something on the way to the browser, and I wanted to stop losing it.

Four years on, working from Sofia, most of what I do is front-end development, motion and WebGL, with interface design when a project starts from a blank page. I build every site as if I'd designed it myself. It's the only way I've found to get the real thing, rather than a close relative of it.

Aesthetics aren't decoration: how a site looks is the first argument it makes. The idea, the interface and the code should all want the same thing, and independent brands deserve the presence usually reserved for far larger budgets.

Off the screen, on the trail

Outside of work, I hike and ride my bike in the mountains whenever I can. A long day outside clears my head better than anything else I've tried.
